Expert Mock Inspections
As a CQC compliance consultant my services include, mock inspection, service turn around, audit and compliance checks.
I can support you to understand your external inspection reports, this could be CQC report, Care Inspectorate Wales, Care Inspectorate Scotland, Local Authority reports, Integrated Care Board report, or IPC reports. I can assist you to prepare factual accuracy challenges and to navigate any enforcement process.
I can also support you with safeguarding concerns and processes, saving you time and stress and enabling you to focus on the day to day running of your service.
For services in crisis, I can provide day to day on site support, and mentoring to your existing staff team, helping them to embed change and improve quality and safety.
I can assist you with developing action plans to ensure required improvements are embedded within your service.
I have a range of tools and templates to assist with improved recording, monitoring and audits.

My Story
As a CQC compliance consultant I have over eighteen years’ experience of completing mock inspections. These have been completed for smaller and larger healthcare providers, both in care home settings and domiciliary settings.
Throughout my career, I have assisted services in safeguarding, risk management, provider improvement and mental health guidance.
I have helped numerous care services to enhance their safety, compliance and quality process. This has been achieved through staff training workshops and involving all staff members within a service.
I have vast experience in investigating concerns and complaints and can support you in navigating processes with the Local Authority, ICB, CQC and Care Inspectorate. I can offer a range of audits, compliance checks and full mock inspections tailored to meet the standards of external stakeholders.
As a compliance consultant i can offer crisis management support to services at risk of enforcement or other formal processes.
I work with a network of experts in the field of health and social care and can access support from additional consultants, qualified professionals to provide guidance on any clinical concerns.
With my network of expert consultants, I can cover England, Wales and Scotland areas.
